Deposits are non refundable unless we cancel the booking. In this case you will be refunded via beem immediately if you do not wish to reschedule.
If 48 hours notice is given you may reschedule your booking and the deposit will be transferred to the new date. This can only be done once.
Please note we do not accept payID or bank transfer for the remaining balance upon your arrival.

Cancellation fee:
Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking will incur a fee of 50% of your booking minus your deposit.
Cancellations within 12 hours of your booking will incur full booking payment, minus any deposit paid.
