I recently crossed off some of my greatest travel goals in the United States, where I chased wild locations and live performances.

Travel, music, and coffee my holy trinity. There’s nothing quite like the thrill of landing somewhere new, playlist curated, iced oat latte in hand, and absolutely no plans beyond chasing good vibes. My recent trip to the U.S. was a dream come true, think bucket list views, spontaneous detours, and dancing under the stars at live music. I’m already plotting my next escape.

When home in Brisbane, you’ll usually find me curled up with a good book (or three). I love a good fantasy, it’s my favourite way to escape. Getting lost in fictional worlds, magical lands, and impossible love stories? That’s my kind of bliss especially with a coffee by my side and no responsibilities in sight.

Crafting is my go-to slow moment. I love anything that lets me get creative and a little bit chaotic, bedazzling just about everything I can get my hands on, building entire bouquets from lego or bringing some of my favourite fantasy novels to life through cosplay. I once spent 72 hours creating a fully bedazzled outfit for a concert, and honestly? I’d do it all over again.

My weekends are usually a mix of my favourite things, live music, watching F1, and dancing around the house to some of my favourite tunes (Post Malone currently topping my charts). I’m always reading (my Kindle is basically glued to my hand) and love getting completely lost in other worlds. Exploring new places, whether it’s a hidden walking trail or a cute little café I’ve never noticed before, is my idea of a perfect outing. I’m a big believer in collecting experiences, and I’ve got plenty of stories to share… but they’re much better told in person, don’t you think?
