Cancellation Policy

1. If Amber cancels booking prior to booking start time - full refund of deposit is provided.

2. a) If Client cancels within 24hrs before start booking time - 100% of Deposit is forfeited.

b) If Client cancels more than once within 24hr window of booking start time, a 50% deposit will be required upon reschedule.

3. If Client fails sexual health check - 50% refund of total booking cost.

4. Bookings are only confirmed with deposit and Photo ID Provided and confirmation provided by Amber in writing.
