I enjoy wine, especially a flinty Chablis, but I can be coerced into an oaky Chardonnay from Burgundy. My favoured champagne is Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque or Louis Roederer Brut Vintage. I also like a laid back Pet Nat in summer.
As an avid reader with an interest in history, philosophy, geopolitics and the occult, I’m not afraid to dive into the deeper topics of conversation with you.
Nature: constant inspiration, muse and healer. I can often be found hiking through forests or coastal trails and have a heavy interest in ecology, and the way humans evolve/interact with the biosphere.
